MealCrew
These Terms govern use of MealCrew. By creating an account or continuing to use MealCrew, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
What MealCrew provides
MealCrew provides family meal-planning tools including recipes, calendars, pantry and shopping features, meal ideas, requests, reminders, sharing and related account features. Features may change as MealCrew develops.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting your username/password and for activity performed through your account. Keep your recovery email current and do not intentionally access another person's account without permission.
Family workspaces
A MealCrew family can contain multiple accounts with different permissions. Family administrators control membership and certain shared settings. The family's data owner controls continuity of the shared family workspace and can transfer ownership to another family member.
Your content
You keep responsibility for recipes, photos, notes and other content you provide. You give MealCrew permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, including family sharing features you enable.
Content you import
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save or share content you import into MealCrew. Recipe import and photo/text tools are provided for convenience and may make mistakes; review imported information before relying on it.
Food and safety information
MealCrew is a planning tool, not medical, nutritional or food-safety advice. Check ingredient labels, allergies, dietary restrictions, food-storage guidance, cooking temperatures and other safety information appropriate for your household.
Acceptable use
Do not use MealCrew to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse invitations/email features, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability and changes
MealCrew is actively developed. Features can be changed, added or removed, and temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, internet availability, hosting issues or software problems. Reasonable efforts are made to protect user data and restore service when problems occur.
Account deletion
You may delete your account using the self-service controls in My Account. Family ownership may need to be transferred first if other members depend on the same family workspace. Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot normally be undone.
Current testing status
MealCrew may be offered to testers before broader commercial release. Testers should expect continued development and are encouraged to report problems through Contact & Feedback.
Future paid features
If MealCrew later introduces subscriptions or paid features, the price, billing terms, cancellation rules and any applicable app-store payment requirements will be presented before purchase. These Terms do not create a current payment obligation where no paid plan has been offered.
Warranty and liability
MealCrew is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, MealCrew does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that generated/imported information will always be accurate. Use reasonable judgment and maintain copies of information that would be difficult for you to replace.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as MealCrew's features, business model or distribution change. The effective date above will be updated for material changes.
